What materials do you use?

Most of my items are made with acrylic, cotton, or polyester yarn. My favorite yarn brands are Hobby Lobby I Love This Yarn!, Joann’s Big Twist Value, Michael’s Loops and Threads, and Premier Yarns. Check individual listings for specific materials used or visit my Amazon Storefront for supplies I most commonly use in my patterns.

How do I download a pattern?

After the pattern is purchased, you will receive a link in your email to download the pattern. All patterns have a download limit of 10. If you have exceeded the download limit for the pattern that you've purchased, please email me (squibblescrochetcorner@gmail.com) with your order number and name and I will get the pdf to you! You do not have to purchase the pattern a second time!

I ordered a pdf pattern by mistake. Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of pdf patterns, they are not refundable. Once you have access to the pattern, it is impossible for me to process a return. Please make sure to read all listing descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.

I need help with a crochet pattern. How can I contact you?

Submit a request for help using the contact form on my website and I will reach out to you as soon as possible!

Can I sell items made from your patterns? 

Any item made from my patterns may be sold, on a small scale (not mass produced), as long as I am credited as the designer. All I ask is that a link to my website is provided in your listings if the items are sold online. You MUST use your own photos when selling the items.

Do you sell finished items?

I primarily sell crochet patterns, but if I have any finished items for sale, you can find them listed under finished items. I also participate in craft shows periodically. Visit my events page to view upcoming craft shows I will be attending.

How long does shipping take for finished items?

Please view our shipping policy for up to date information on shipping.

I placed an order, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?

Submit a request through the contact form on my website. Please include the name on the order, email, and order number.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I do not take custom orders. Thank you for understanding!

Can I be one of your pattern testers?

My pattern tester application is currently closed. When I am in need of new pattern testers, I will put a call out to my email list.
